I was born and raised in a small town outside of Waco, TX. I graduated high school in 2007 from Robinson High School.
I moved to College Station after graduation and completed 2 years at Blinn Junior College. After finishing up my basics, I transferred to Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. I graduated with my BS in May of 2012.
I have Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (AKA Elementary Education) with a Minor in Special Education.
I am certified in the state of Texas to teach EC-6 General Ed, EC-12 Special Ed, and I also have an ESL supplement certification.
I have attended profesional development for many different things over the years. This includes low socioeconomic students, English Language Learners, and a multitude of different workshops pertaining to Reading and English.
This is my first year at Livingston Intermediate as well as with Livingston ISD and I am so excited to be here! I teach 5th grade Reading and Social Studies.
This is my 5th year in teaching. I have taught at Corrigan, Huntsville, and Trinity. I have taught at every level of classrooms, from Pre-K to High School.
I have a little girl, Hadley, who was born in March of 2018. She is the light of my life!
I also have 4 dogs: Little Bit, Luka, Zoey, and Tuff.
